Beginner-Intermediate class focussed on developing and linking round-offs, handsprings and somersaults. Participants should be confident with forwards and backwards rolls, supported handstands and cartwheels.
Please note coaches use filming and photography as a coaching aid in these sessions. This media will not be kept on personal phones or devices. By attending this session, you agree to the use of filming/photography as a coaching aid.

This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
